The fine print.

We ship worldwide from Sydney, Australia. Orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days.

• Australia: 2–6 business days via Australia Post.
• International: 6–14 business days via tracked airmail.
• Free standard shipping on orders over $50.

You'll receive a tracking link by email once your order leaves our studio. Customs duties for international orders are the recipient's responsibility.

We want your dachshund to love their DACHS. If the fit isn't right, you have 30 days from delivery to return or exchange unworn items in original condition with tags attached.

• Exchanges for a different size are free within Australia.
• Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5 business days of receiving your return.
• Sale items and custom orders are final sale.

We collect only what we need to fulfil your order and improve your experience: name, address, email, and order history. We never sell your data.

Payments are processed by Shopify and Stripe — we don't store card details on our servers. Analytics are anonymised. You can request a copy or deletion of your data at any time.

By using dachslabel.com you agree to these terms. Prices are in AUD and may change without notice. Product imagery is illustrative; slight variation in colour and fabric is normal for small-batch goods.
